Welcome to our camp! We are excited to have your daughter(s) join us for a fun-filled day. Here’s some important information for you:
Arrival and Departure:
Camp opens at 9:00 am, and we request that you ensure your daughter(s) arrive no later than 9:30 am.
For check-in, our friendly team at the desk will assist you. They will check your daughter(s) in, ensure they have everything they need, and answer any questions you may have.
Your daughter(s) will receive a name sticker upon check-in and will be directed where to leave their bags. They can then dive straight into a fun activity.
Once settled in, they'll bid you goodbye for the day. You will receive a code that you'll need to present when picking up your daughter(s) later.
Authorized Adults for Pick-Up:
Anyone who intends to collect your daughter(s) at the end of the camp day must be added to the authorized adults section of your booking or during drop-off.
Authorized adults should bring photo ID and the code provided during check-in to pick up your daughter(s).
What to Wear:
We recommend practical clothing suitable for arts and crafts, as well as lots of running around and play. Please avoid sending your daughter(s) in brand new, favorite clothes.
Comfortable footwear such as trainers is recommended. Please refrain from sending flip-flops, sandals, or heelies due to health and safety concerns.
Check the Weather:
Our camps run all year round, so it's essential to consider the weather and dress your daughter(s) accordingly.
On hot and sunny days, sun cream, sun hats, and water bottles are essential.
On cold and wet days, warm clothes, waterproof coats, wellies, and water bottles are essential.
We aim to spend time outside all year round, so appropriate clothing will ensure maximum enjoyment for your daughter(s).
Items Not Permitted:
Please do not allow your daughter(s) to bring mobile phones, hand-held computer games, iPods/MP3 Players, or water pistols/pumps to camp. These items will be confiscated and kept in the camp office until the end of the day.
Spare Clothes:
We recommend that all girls bring a spare set of clothes, including underwear. It's essential that all girls attending camp are toilet trained.
Lunch and Snacks:
Please provide a NUT AND SESAME FREE packed lunch for your daughter(s).
We encourage a healthy lunch that will provide them with the fuel for an active day.
Snacks are not provided by camp, so please remember to pack suitable snacks for your daughter(s) for mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks. Again, ensure these snacks are nut-free.
Water refills will be provided throughout the day.
Tuck Shop:
We have a tuck shop available for your daughter(s).
We recommend that they bring no more than £5 per day or £5 per week for the tuck shop.
Medication at Camp:
If your daughter(s) require any medication during their time at camp, including inhalers and epipens, please ensure you complete the medication section of the Post Booking Questions before arriving at camp.
Our camp team will receive and store the medication appropriately.
If necessary, we can refrigerate medication while at camp.
